Get ready for this one y'all. It's filling, full of healthy fats and it tastes like pumpkin pie in smoothie form. Also, the consistency is on point. Basically dessert for breakfast, cause you only live once.
- 1 slice roasted, then frozen sweet potato
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 scoop collagen peptides (I used Vital Proteins)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- 1 teaspoon nut butter
Combine all ingredients in your blender and blend until well-combined. Enjoy topped with coconut flakes, coconut butter, nut butter or your favorite topping!
