I recently discovered canned salmon. to be honest, it grossed me out at first. But after trying it a few times, it's now a staple for me. It's so easy to make a quick, healthy meal with it. It's so versatile, too! I hope you enjoy this easy creation of mine. It's full of healthy fats. I often eat it with dinner or for lunch on my favorite paleo flax bread. Double or triple the recipe and eat on this all week!
- 1 can wild-caught pink salmon (i buy this from Whole Foods)
- 1/2 an avocado
- 1 spoonful of capers
- 1 chopped green onion
- Pepper to taste
Mash the avocado and salmon together. Add capers, chopped onion and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
